How to Speed up - processing time from HO

Hi

I recently applied for Tier 1 visa from UK and I got acknowledgement last week. I know it takes 3 or 4 weeks time to hear something from them.

Meanwhile, I may have to travel to different country during 3rd week of April for which my company is asking me to submit my passport for visa processing purpose.

I want to check with this forum, which is of much helpful so far, is there any way where I can speed up my processing time.

Any help or info is much appreciated.
