Hello everyone, i would like to visit usa with my british wife, can someone with a uk spouse/cp visa apply for a usa visitors visa. please best Advice.

Yes you can but as you would for the conditions that apply to your current nationality/citizenship NOT for UK citizens.

Sorry I only asked because I wanted to see if you would need a visa or if you could just travel under the VWP. Yes you can apply and it should be pretty straight forward as it's just a visit.
