How can student claims the earnings points when switch to tier1 general ?

I think student's time concession i.e. only accounting for the time before the studies has been remove. See point 11. (shown deleted) I am afraid I am also going to be a victim of this :cry: .

The next step for people on student / Tier 4 visa is Tier 1 (PSW). Since people on student / Tier 4 visa cannot claim points for income, they do not qualify.
