Quick help needed-Green card referred to DETE

Post by VPR » Wed Apr 14, 2010 6:04 pm

Hi All,

My Green card referred to DETE as I fail to complete 21 months residency in Ireland.
I got green card in April 2008 and I have joined the company in September 2008 .
Now I went for the renewal of my green card and they referred to DETE saying my residence in Ireland is only 19 months.

according to the green card referral form A written explanation of your employment circumstances .

Now could any one kindly let me know what explanation can my employer give to satisfy the department.
If anybody has gone through the similar situation then kindly share your experience.
Quick help is really appreciated.

Many Thanks
VPR

I think a letter from your employer/HR department, stating that you are employed, your job position and your salary should be sufficient.

Hello Victor Thank you soo much for your reply.
I have submitted all the required documents to DETE and they are satisfied to give me a stamp 4.
