I got my Tier1 visa today. Thanks to the group.
However i have certain things to share esp : About fixed deposits. Because FDs is the thing i used to show my funds
1.Fixed deposits are very much accepted.
2.Dnt just take a letter from bank.
Your letter from bank should consists of
a.Period from from date: XX-XX-XXXX to Maturity Date XX-XX-XXXX
printed on the letter.
b. Proper Bank seal and signature of manager.
c.Bank Logo should be very much visible.
3.Very important ASK BANK GUYS, IN case if HO calls for verification who is the person, responsible to answer the call and have a word with him/her or offer him/her for Tea/coffe i dnt mean bribe him here. Let the person know the importance of verification call. Every now and then HO rejects visa because they cannot verifiy your Documents.
4 And say aLLLLL IZZZZZZ WELLLLLL ...
