Any advantages for UK Citizen Spouse Visit Visa ?

Hi Guys,

I'm British, but my wife requires a visa for UK.

I have never lived in the UK nor do i intend to, so as far as i know - her situation is the same as someone applying for a regular tourist visa.

I was wondering if there was any advantage to her application in me being British ?

What is the best visa to apply for if we r going simply as tourists ?

Also, I'm a UK/SL dual national. In her application - should i add my Sri-Lankan Passport details or British ?

Reason being - if she mentions British, the ECO might think we may want to settle and not return.

It's not hiding any facts, because they only ask for spouses nationality (not nationalities) on the form. If asked - we definitely wont hide anything.

Any advice would be appreciated.
