Hi,
I am currently in UK on T1 general visa but originally from Pakistan. My problem is I met a girl here in UK, she was on tourist visa. She is originally Turkish but works in Germany. Been almost 1 year we know each other and I also met her parents and family. In short we have decided to get married now. We are considering all options to make it happen. But we don’t know what are best options for us to make it happen. We both are very serious and stressed about this.
As we both are currently in Europe but we are not citizen here, so I thisk its already decided Turkey or Pakistan will be best options for us to get married.
My question is what documents we need for marring in Pakistan and same what about Turkey? As we both are Muslims and single there should not be any problem in getting married in either countries. But we don’t know exactly which documents we need for this purpose. Also which country will be our best and esiest option.
Second question, is it possible for me or her to apply for a spouse visa after we get married in Pakistan or Turkey? I mean to say we both want to keep working in europe till our spouse visa get sorted out, because we both have good jobs we don’t want to lose those but we understand either of us have to move in other country. But we cant quit jobs without planning all this.
Third question is to make it all happen in terms of immigration which documents are important if she applies for as my dependent in UK or if I apply to become her dependent in Germany. What we need as proof of wedding and relationship. As we both works we hardly met 2 or 3 times in last year personally but we were in touch on fone and text. But I think we have few cards and hundred of pictures together. Can please someone guide what exactly we required to prove we are in a serious relationship and married when we will apply for souse visas. We are trying to look for best options for us. We understand one of us have to leave and join other person.
Can someone clarify our complicated situation; we both are going into circles when we think about our wedding.
I am following this board from long time I know lot of people can give good valueable advice from their personal/professional experiences.
Sorry for a long post, valuable guidance and suggestions will be much appreciated.
Regards to all,
Ali.
