Tier1 & Belarussian fiancee

Dear all,

I am writing in the hope that someone can help with me a problem regarding my Belarussian Fiancee. We are planning to marry next summer (2011) but I am a very lost and confused individual at the moment. I am currently living in Turkey whereas she is living in Minsk, Belarus.

Firstly, I want to put my situation clear. I will probably take my Tier1 visa at June and then I would like to move England at September. I am considering that she should study English near me at England until we will marry. She should just go to school and this is very very enough for me.

Ok my question: How should she apply to take visa? If someone can point out somewhere, I will be very grateful.
