Don't start all over again. You are so irritating me and request you to control language first. It is a common forum and it is not your home. I wish you should get out of this forum. You argued like a school boy and not me. If you want to continue this further, we both will probably be put into "thin ice". I request moderator to close this topic. This guy will start all over again.

Its you who went on and on and kept making totally uneducated remarks. Everyone pointed out that ILR can be applied 28 days before the qualifying period, but you just went on and on and kept drumming your wrong understanding. So the best way my friend is, if you have the knowledge then say something, and if you dont know something then its best not to comment or argue abt it. :)

Gothrough the entire conversation, then you will know who posted uneducated remarks. I still believe nothing is wrong in my comment. I never refused that you can't apply 28 days before qualifying period, I still believe that this particular criteria is not mentioned anywhere in the guide. So I suggested him to get confirmed from different available source since he has just a day left to apply his extension if something goes wrong. I suggested more safer way. You are not working for HO, are you? The HO is the deciding authorities, what is wrong to consult the deciding authorities. I suggest you that if you can't provide any exact reference from HO for the issue, don't throw your own thought by your assumption which will put someone in more trouble, sometime it may be right by luck. But others can't take risk with your luck.
