Paternity leave .

Hello ,
I have serious concern about paternity pay . I am on 5 year work permit.
1) If my employer give me 2 weeks off on paternity leave. Shell this leave will effect on ILR application ?when the time will come up to apply for ILR.
2) who is going to pay for this leave? Employer or ????.

3) how i can apply for it ,shell i need to fill up a form ?

Paternity leave does not affect your eligibility for ILR as, when offered by employer, it falls within the terms and conditions of your employment.
