dear all

i'm now in PSW visa with my wife and it'll expire in 15th may'10. we r planning to go back my home country singapore but the problem is my wife is pregnant and her due date on 22nd june'10. so we cannot fly before she give birth and by that time our visa will expire.

i like to know is there any way we can apply to stay till her delivery. honestly we'll go back after our child born but the problem is she can not fly now as per air lines rules and we don't want to even for her and child safety.

it'll be kind if anyone can guide us what should we do in this situation and what better options we have.

thnx in advance.

paul

You post a reminder after 28 minutes ..... in the middle of the night! Were you really surprised that no one had replied?

I have a question for you. Did your wife suddenly wake up 7 months pregnant? Or put it in another way, why have you created this problem for yourself and your family?

I am with John on this one.. You would have known that this situation would arise a long time back and you found the time to ask this question at the end of April??? Anyways coming back to ur question, i guess you would have to contact the home office on this one. I believe that they would let you get a visiting Visa which is valid for 3 months..
