Paper appeal anyone had any experience or idea about time...

Hello,

My PSW application was refused and I got appeal permission so I did that, sent documents by my lawyer on 6-APR-2010. Appeal dead line was 11-ARP-2010.

It's more then two weeks now... still no reply from them (as per my lawyer)... :(

So, anyone had any experience about paper appeal or its time scale. :?:

Now I am nearly out of cash and waiting for appeal reply.

Please share your or your friends experience...

And, about the save money that we have to show with our PSW application (£800+£533)... can I use it? as per my thinking that money is for use in case of I am out of money and do not want/use/allowed public funds. or should I wait for appeal reply... ?

I took the money out after my appeal was heard and it didn't cause any problems to my application. If you are not planning to do another application in case your appeal is refused, I believe that it is safe to say that you can use that money..
