Extension confusion

Hi guys,

I came to uk under hsmp in Jan 2008 (3 months after my hsmp visa was granted), and then I got an extension under tier 1 in Oct 2009.
Now for indefinite leave, I have read that one needs 5 years stay from the entry date in uk. I will be short by 3 months.
Would I need another extension?
Would I get an extension under Tier1 (I only have a bachelors degree) , caz I was going through the points calculator on bia website and I don't score any points for qualification?
Has anybody else been through the same situation?
Please advise.

Yes. Suggest that you read the policy guidance first before trying out the points calculator.

in extension degree points remail same or irrevalant as u have already awared points for same so even this extension u wil get same points for degree
