disabled and no hope

Hi

I am a disabled person age 26.I am here on student visa and its going to be finish this june.My college is closed due to ukba suspended its license.I can,t extend my visa and I also don,t want to go back to my home country.


I just want to know can I apply asylum or under human right base due to my disability?.
