Of course an application for Stamp 4 conditions can be submitted, but there is no legislation on which to base it's approval.ImmigrationLawyer wrote:You can apply to the Minister for a change of status to Stamp 4 at any time, based on your circumstances. If you do have an Irish child, you can argue that you need permission to work to support your child. I'm not saying this will be successful, but it may be worth a try.
