Need Urgent advise please !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

-My Husband Working in Ireland from more then 4 years have stamp 4 legal NON EU. We both are Non EU
- We married ago 3 years and i have STAMP 3 and living in Ireland .
- If we plan for a child now can i get STAMP 4 ? Will my child get Irish Nationality ?

Irish citizen child

You can apply to the Minister for a change of status to Stamp 4 at any time, based on your circumstances. If you do have an Irish child, you can argue that you need permission to work to support your child. I'm not saying this will be successful, but it may be worth a try.

Of course an application for Stamp 4 conditions can be submitted, but there is no legislation on which to base it's approval.

s. 4 of the Immigration Act 2004 allows change of status/ conditions, and she can ask the Minister to consider the rights of the Irish citizen.
