When should we apply for the Unmarried Partners FLR(M) visa?

Post by gdrummo » Thu May 06, 2010 3:20 pm

Hi guys,

I posted yesterday about my US girlfriend switching from the Post-Study Work visa to the Unmarried Partners visa as we've been living in the UK together for over 2 years (I'm a British citizen.)

Her Post-Study Work visa expires February 2011, but we wanted to apply for the Unmarried Partners FLR(M) visa now as we have a good variety of joint bills, tenancy agreements etc that stretch back exactly two years. Also, my passport expires in March 2011.

Are we able to apply for the Unmarried Partners visa now?

thanks,

Graham

Thanks Wanderer - thought that was the case but wanted to check.

Looks like we're all set!
