Salary Slip not properly attested

Hi,
I am working for an MNC but Indian branch is sick.
They attested the Salary slip with Stamp and sign but she didnt give hher name or stamp which says HR manager. I am giving bank stmt also But will it be a probleM
2) My name is George A.C But now recenly changed to George A.
But in my certificates its shows C George A and some as George A.C but
latest pass port shows as George A. WIll these create Problem ?Any one with similar problem?
3) I dont have my Marriage Certificate . Will that creat problem since the form says about marriage proof.I am not taking wife with me now...

1)It seems alright but if in doubt you can just get a letter from your employer detailing the incomme over the period claimed
2)for recent change of name provide an evidence, explain all other in a cover letter and keep your fingers crossed
3) IMHO it shouldn't be a problem since you are not applying for your wife but if you can arrange your marriage certificate then it'd be great
