Tier 1 (General) Dependent

Hello,

I have Tier 1 (General) visa and I am planning to apply Tier 1 dependent for my spouse. Please note that I have not traveled to UK yet. I'd called up UK visa customer support to get the list of documents. Here's the list I was told about,

1. Application Form
2. Covering letter
3. Marriage Certificate
4. Passport
5. Photograph
6. last 3 years IT returns
7. Last 6 months bank statements and salary slips (stamped & signed)
8. 3 months fund maintenance = GBP 1600
9. UK Accommodation proof
10. Photocopy of my Tier 1 visa.

Is this sufficient??? Few more questions,

1. I need to maintain only 1600 or 4400 (2800 for myself again + 1600 for spouse - please note that I have not traveled to UK yet)
2. How can I provide UK Accommodation proof if I have not traveled???

Hi .. from 1- 10 doc's are ok! marriage photos in groups at least 6 to 7 ...

Make sure your marriage certificate is in English and " Attested" from the authority which they say is OK

You have to show 1600 for your wife ...

No need for Accommodation
