Urgent Help Required PSW Dependent Visa

Hi

I am on PSW visa my wife is apply for depedent visa and i need to send a sponsor letter and attested copies of my passport page and visa page. Can you please adivce me on followig.

1. How to make a sponsor letter and forum used in making that letter which is recognized by the British High Commission?
2. where should i attested copies of my passport

i call to the british high commission pakistan they said i should have above document can you please advice i shall be very thankful to you.
