psw to 6 months english language course

Hi there,
I m here on PSW visa which is expiring on June,10 2010. I want to stay here for 5 more months as after this,I will be eligible for 10 years ILR rule.
My question is
If I apply to study 6 months english language course to extend my visa, after being here for 9 years and 7 months, will it be a problem from HO.
I fulfil all other maintainance requirements plus tier4 register college is providing me CAS.
I m not worried about 40 points as I score. The only worry is kind of course.
Plz, help me I m extremely worried.

hi i think the time to spent in uk as a psw in not include in your ILR intiltle stay. But please please make sure with other or call UKBA they will tell you exactly.
