visa type and employer sponsorship

Hi,

I have 4 years BS degree with majors in Computer Science. I am a software engineer by profession and have 5 years of experience in software development. I am planning to go for IELTS in few days time.

I want to come to Australia for work. Later on, I wish to bring my family with me as well.

I have gone through the immigration website as well but want to have some valuable input from experience personnel. I have the following questions:

1. Can any one guide, which type of visa will be best?
2. If I need a sponsorship certificate from an employer, how can I get one? Is this something convenient and feasible?
