Lost passport

Post by g_fraser » Tue May 11, 2010 9:22 pm

Hello,

I am intending to apply for ILR under the category: HSMP under the terms of the judicial review.

My HSMP was granted in August 2005, then after 1 year it was extended for a further 4 years until August 2010.

Unfortunately, in 2007 I lost my passport with both the orginal HSMP and HSMP extension stickers. Since then I have been using a new passport with only an ink stamp (issued at the border). I have exited/entered the UK dozens of times with this passport without difficulty.

What effect will this have on my ILR application? The application form clearly states that I should include passports to cover my entire stay in the UK?

Thanks in advance,
GF

report it to the police station and send the letter with the application with what happens with the passport. i believe it will be fine they have all your information on you already.
