TIER 2 PROCESSING TIME - New Delhi India - Very URGENT

I applied for Tier 2 Gen for me in India (new delhi VFS).

This was applied on 16th of April and now it is 15 working days completed and i am yet to receive an response.

I keep tracking it online everday and that status is "Visa application is under process at the British High Commission".

Any one has any idea when i can expect my passports back with a decision ?

This is really urgent as i was already in UK on Tier 2 ICT and came to India to convert to Tier 2 Gen for another sponsor, thinking that it would take just 5 days. My existing employer doesnt know that i am in India for the Visa and is pushing me hard to come back to UK, but my passport is stuck in embassy.

Any help/idea on timelines please share.
