Apply for Indefinite leave-Receiving benefits

Post by Frmnorth » Tue May 11, 2010 4:51 pm

Hello Guys,

I have only read a few of messages and wonder if anyone could give me some advice on my application.

I am on my two year marriage visa at the moment, due to apply for indefinite leave at the end of May/beginning of June. My husband is Bristish citizen by birth, and we have a daughter with british passport. He lost his job sometime last year and is currently on Job seeker's allowance and we also receive housing benefit, council tax benefit, etc etc.

So I don't know what is the chance when i apply for my ILR and how to fill the form especially on Section 7.
