Urgent ENQUIRY

I do have a post study work visa. Can i register a company? Likewise am I allowed to open a food shop?
Really would love clarity on the issue.

Yes u can, but bear in mind what will happen after PSW has expired, you can't give urself a work permit....

You can't be on a spouse visa and Tier 1 (PSW) visa at the same time.

As regards the PSW, I PLACED THAT ON BEHALF OF A FRIEND. SHE OPENED A NEW STORE AND WAS CONCERNED ABOUT THE IMPLICATIONS.
