Hello All,
I do need your assistance with my situation.
I am married to a British National,so I am on a Spouse Visa.
We both work at good organizations. She is pregnant and she claimed the health in pregnancy grant(£190) and was paid. I have just discovered that its a public fund.
Would it affect us when I apply for ILR? Also can we pay back the grant? or what can be done?
What other benefit can we not claim? and which can we claim
PLEASE HELP ME
