Urgent visa m appeal

Hi,


I have applied for my wifes visa tier-i dependant. And they have refused it.
I have submitted documents of funds in short of 17 days. dates are dec 17th to march 1st instead of march 17th. Due to bio metric reasons had to drop visa on april 22 instaed of april 12th (mehndi reasons). I have submitted just screen shots for that short period from march 1st to april 22nd.
thety have rejected on this basis and gave me a right to appeal as below.

"If u have any additional documentation which addresses the reason for refusal you are strongly advised to submit it with ur notice of appeal as it may be possible to resolve the points at issue without the necessity of an appeal hearing"

It says additional documents. if is send them will it be an appeal. As they said if any documents then it can solve without hearing so i want to send the same documents with extra statements from march 1st to april 22 now original this time not screen shots.
So will it be fine or do ineed to send it till date.
As i am in uk it will be late to send the documents till date. When i called tribunal they said to send it till april 19th or latest ones.

So plaese help me with this issue. And if i send the documents to chennai willl; it be an appeal or not and how many days does it take.
