ILR Query

Dear Friends,

this is regarding the ILR under Tier1 ( General ).

my visa was granted in the month of february 15 2010.
i came to the country on

i) april 9 2010 ( stayed for 3 days )
+
ii) april 25 2010 ( stayed for 2 days )
[[ to attend interview during my german visit ]]

iii) september 7 2010
staying in london since then.

upon completion of my visa in 2012, i can apply for a 2 year extension.

what will happen at the end of my extension period?.
can i apply for one more extension or should i make a fresh hsmp application? ( i would not have been in the country for 5 years continuous).

If your current leave is for 2 years, then the next (first extension) will be for 3 years. If the current is for 3 years, the next will be for 2 years. Either way, the second extension will be due in 2015.

can i apply for one more extension

Under current rules, you can. But since the time for you to apply for one is still 4 years away, no one can tell you today what will the rules be in 2015.

And you will not be able to make a fresh HSMP application in 2015, given the fact that HSMP scheme closed in 2008!

And where's the ILR query? It's a Tier 1 extension query.
