I am just wondering, How come one can have own company when they are on WP? I think that the WP holder cannot setup any business in the UK. Can anyone clarify this?misha611 wrote:Hello,
My husband has a work permit status since March 2007 and is a salaried director working for his own company that employs 18 British nationals. Is he eligible to apply for ILR earlier than 5 years or he has to wait till 5 years are completed?
Thanks.
