PSW to Tier 2 General

Hi Guys,

I just applied Tier 2 General from PSW. Just got a question regarding Code of Practice for my salary.

I am working as a web developer and which category/section should I look into from this page http://www.ukba.homeoffice.gov.uk/emplo ... e/#header5 ?

I found it. It is in Section J.

As a web developer, do I fall under Systems Developer with £31k?

This is more than what my job is paying me. Is it possible to apply under Graduate developer? but I have been working on this company has junior developer since I graduated 2 years ago. In the document, it also says less than 6 months of commercial experience? Will this work?

this is just an advice from the top of my head.... may not be worth much but.....

if i were you, i would ask my employer to raise my salary... get the absolute maximum salary figure from them and then look for the job titles that satisfies those salary limits.

thats how i would approach it.
