Self PSW and husband dependant

Hi all,

I am on a PSW and want to apply for my husband as my dependant. I am in the UK but my would be husband will have to go back to our Home Country before we can get married and apply for a dependant visa for him as his student visa expires on 30th May 2010 and he has not cleared his Masters to be eligible for a PSW. (we plan to get married in July 2010)

What is the requirement of documents and funds and what is the criteria? I tried to find out at the UKBA website but probably I am too tensed about the situation that I could not find anything.

Please everybody help and if at all anybody is also aware of a link where i could get relevant information, i would be grateful if u could please share.

There are a lot of posts detailing on dependent applications.. I suggest you read the guidelines and go through those forum topics..
