secondly, my 90 days period for maintainance gonna fininsh on 22nd of may 2010 can i pay the HO fees £550 from the same account through which the bank statement is recvd and submitted to HO, but if i use the same bank accnt for application the money will be less than £800 after submiting the application, but form 22nd of feb to 22nd of may 2010 statement shows my 90 days period ,will it be owright?

Count from feb 22 to may 22.. Does feb have 30 days?? Think about it.. Using the same account is fine but to be on the safe side, I would recommend keeping your account above 800 pounds all through the application process. This isn't a requirement but I just feel safer doing so..

All you require is a transcript and a letter from your college stating that you have sucessfully completed your course. As suggested by others and to be on a safer side don't let your account drop below the required amount until you have the decision from the home office, very important that you pay by postal order because its safe and reliable as I have read in the fourm that many applications have been sent back because of payment not going through.

All the best

Ur right, I didn't bother to count myself.. It is 90 days to the dot but if it was me, then I would go get a couple more days in..

Get your online statements printed, signed and sealed.. Why are you getting yourself into these situations.. If you had started maintaining the required amount maybe a week or 2 earlier, you wouldn't have had this problem.. Try to get things sorted before the deadline..

after your visa expires "YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO DO AN IN COUNTRY APPLICATION FOR PSW".. If nothing works out, then you would have to leave for your home country a day before your visa expires so that you dont become an overstayer.. The 28 day period is something different and doesn't apply to you..

This is one option for you, perhaps the ONLY option to do an in-country application.

1)make an application anyway(without statement and postal order)
2)Dont include any postal order cuz that means you will not have 800 pounds in your account.
3) ask lloyds to print you statement for 91 days from the date of your application ,going backward.
4)when you have got new statement showing 800 amount that has been maintained in the account, get urself postal orders.
5)fill in change of circumstances form and attach postal order PLUS statement PLUS nice covering letter.
6) Aim to submit change of circumsances form within 5 days of date of application but bear in mind that your app will not be seen until end of week 3 atleast due to back log.
7) And, this should help you make an in-time application..

go to different branches of lloyds.

if you have a proof that you requested 3 months statement but was only sent 1 month then TELL them so.. tell them you want to speak to manager.

if you create enough ripples, then they will print, sign and stamp your statement on the spot

regards.

ps. differnt branches have different managers .. so you migh twant to try couple of branches before giving up
