Confused about the application forms ?

Hi Experts,

I have my documents ready for the following:

1- Age
2- Qualifications
3- Previous earnings
4- English
5- Funds

But I am confused which forms I have to submit with the above docs ?

I am a single applying for Tier 1 (general) for the first time from outside UK. Please confirm that I ONLY need these 2 forms:

and
