Dependent Visa Application - ICFN

Hi,

I am preparing dependent visa application. I am applying for Tier 1 and currently under Tier 2. I am confused whether section F of dependent application should be filled in? I have feeling that it is not required as I am applying for Tier 1 dependent, but still feeling that I should fill it.

Please help.
