Can I Leave country before AIT Appeal?

Post by dreamer666 » Tue May 25, 2010 11:31 am

Hi All

Got 3 Queries..

1) I ve got my AIT Appeal pending in August and want to leave country temporarily Is that possilble for me to send some representative on my behalf for hearing?

2) Would there be any issues/hassels at airport as I am contemplating leaving before appeal?

3) Do I need to make AIT aware that I am leaving country ?

Reply would be much appreciated.

Thanks in anticipation!

Thanks for the info vinny.

I've got one more question, I m not sure... Will I be allowed to enter UK if my AIT appeal is granted in my absence? or Do I need to fill another application for Entry clearance from India. My solicitor says It will not be much of a problem. But I dont really trust him as he is trying hard to persuade me for that and thats making me bit sceptic to really go by his words or not.

Appropriate suggestion would save me some quids. :)

Cheers!
