I don't quite see why. The form can typically be downloaded in different languages, at least from some of the Schengen embassies. Or are you referring to the circumstances of the OP which may affect the outcome?
The person who applies for the visa (My fiancee is applying for the visa and I am the person who is inviting him to DK) thus his personal information should be filled in rite?Necessarily, the person who applies for the visa will need to fill in his/her information. And to avoid any confusing: you referred to the applicant as 'him'. Are you actually talking about your fiancé (man)?
Step-by-step may be bordering legal grey area. From what I understand, at least in some countries, this is the privilege of lawyers. At the end of the form the applicant will need to declare by signature anyway that he/she understands the implications. A good time for you to learn doing it yourself...
