tier 2 denied can i go on holiday

I have had my Tier 2 application denied adn ahve to leave ENGLAnd for Australia by the 15th June. I have a weeks holiday booked in Greece next week . Can I still go on this holiday or not. HELP please!

I wouldn't see why not. As long as you leave the UK by the expiration date they shouldn't mind.

As for Greece, if you are an Australian and you haven't spent more than 3 months out of the last 6 in the EU(Schengen Zone) then you should be fine for a holiday there.

I assume you have a return ticket? If you are flying back through the UK then it should still be fine but make sure you have evidence of the ticket on you and don't have anything suspicious like a CV, work computer etc.
