Hi

I will applying from india for Tier 1 General.

Can i show maintenance fund of £2800 for 90 days of by UK HSBC account to get 10 points?

Yes. That should be perfectly fine. I did the same. Just make sure the statements are not more that 30 days old.

Do i need the letter from the Bank (Fund Certificate) ? OR only Bank statement will work ?

I ordered my statements by calling HSBC internet banking help desk. The original statements were delivered to my home address.
So if you are submitting original statements you neither require letter from bank nor you need to get them stamped and signed.

I also getting monthly statement by post to my mailing address...so i can use the same.
