tier1 dependent visa rejected for second time under 320

my wife applied for tier1 dependent visa last year it was rejected under 320 7(B) & 7(a) for using false statements which was provided by agent but wife dont know that bcoz my father went to that agent and he given documents to my wife, but me and mywife dont know who is that agent or anything about that and i had not appealed at that time bcoz my father was ill and expired and i made a fresh appliation in may2010 wid all originals, by keeping this reason but eco refused again they stated automatic refusal as last time u had a 320 ban please give me sugestion as i want to appeal now and how much time it will take.

If a ban has been imposed, then how can you make a fresh application fr EC while the ban is active?

Consult a competent lawyer who specialises in immigration matters.

The agent acts on your behalf, you are responsible for the application they prepare so no good blaming them.

Just wait until the ban expires and keep your fingers crossed.
