at the moment i have a five years stay in the UK and i am married to a EU citizen. the problem is i have a 11 years old son from the a previous relation who is still back home and leaving with my dad at the moment ,since the lost of her mum.
Is it possible to bring my son over with my 5 years stay to be with me? what can i do please?
looking forward to heard from you all.

I think it depends on which visa you've got and how long you been on it for. I also think you need to prove that he's your direct responsibility and there's no one else to look after your son in your home country.

From which country? you'd need to check the legislation there but normally you would need a Court Order and permission from the Father.

Unless you are the Father, and the Mother is deceased, it's not clear from your post. In that case you would need the Death Certificate.
