CCL Refused Returned When can I re apply?

I returned back from U.k when i was refused PSW from CCL.

When can i apply again ? and what would i need I dont know what current visa requirements

What is the VISA that you plan to apply for? If you want a student Visa, I think there wont be a problem as such but give it a year anyway..

thanks for your reply I would like to apply for a HSMP visa..
however i always wanted to get a degree from Queens Mary.thats i still wish for but i am kinda scatterd ..

hope things would get better soon for me

HSMP closed in 2008. And you won't qualify for Tier 1 (General) based on your CCL qualification.

I guess the only option is Tier 4.
