Appeal against domestic worker visa refusal

Myself and my husband are working in UK. My elder son, is in India with my parents. I planned to bring him here with his nanny. but the visa has been refused on the following grounds:
There is no link established between employer and employee.
I had submitted:
a) Affidavit from my father that he paid by cash
b) My bank statements, payslips
c) Accommodation letter
d) Employer letter
e) Copy of my son's passport
f) photos of my nanny and son at India

Any idea is appreciated.
