Have you ever had any dealings with UKBA or its predecessors? Why do you think they should have a file relating to you?

There would be no file of yours with home office, unless you have made some kind of application to them such as eea1 or eea3. Landing cards dont form part of a subject "records" as such, unless they serve a particular purpose regarding an application. More relevant to non-eea citizens. It will be impossible for you to get copies of you landing cards just by providing you details. If you know exactly your travel dates, then the story might be different.
