I am planning to apply for Tier - 1 General from UK (Currently I am on Tier -2) in person at PEO.

Questions:

1. Will VISA (stamping - acception or rejection) be given on the same day?
2. If not, please advise on timelines.

Usually, the decision will be given the same day. Sometimes, if they need to verify your documents then they will take some time and nobody can guess how long that will take.
