Personal Loan Vs ILR

Hi,

I am due for ILR in two months.

I am planning to take personal loan to upgrade my car. Would this have any impact / concerns while i go for ILR..? ( Because there would be a sudden amount into my account )

My question is : As a work permit holder am i allowed to take personal Loan ?? Is there any link between public fund & bank Loan.. Looks stupid .. but want to clarify..

PS : I have sufficient amount in my account as this is the account into which my salary is credited to...however i have already planned few commitments for that amount ...My bank has offered me a very low rate hence thought of going for loan.
