hello , i have a question and would like an answer if anyone knows 100%,. i am a non EEA citizen living with my EEA girlfriend for over 2 years, by status i am student and only allow to work 20 hours per week, as im not studying for past one year and working more then twenty hours per week but going to apply for an EEA2 in 5 months time, should i stop working full time or it doesnt matter as it has nothing to do with EEA2 policy or any concerns.. please answer if anyone knows out there. thank you in advance

So you are out-of -status now, ie on Student visa and not studying?

You have not been studying for last one year, and hence in breach of your conditions even if you work one hour every week.
