That is true, visa does allow in-country switching. The problem arises if the HSMP decision is made after visa expired, because I have to make the next step - FLR application - with valid current leave ..Chess wrote: Presumably the OP's visa allows in-country switching - so I dont see where the problem lies..because one has a right to stay until decision is made...
