NHS contraception treatment

Im on WP holder. My wife discussed with one of NHS contraception treatment with her GP. It seems these methods are very expensive and cost a lot to NHS.

My question is a person on immigration control with no recourse to public funds is entitled to NHS contraception treatment. Please advice
