Can we withdraw money from the account (Maintenance funds) after submission of 3 months bank statement (Tier1), or we need to keep the money till the final decision?

Hi there

Yes you can withdraw your money from maintenance fund account but make sure the required amount still remains above the 2800 pounds till the decision of your case. Thats what i did.

Thanks Zeeshan. Actually i was asking regarding withdrawing all the amount; as the basic requirement of 3 months has already been met.
I have not seen any direction in the policy guideline regarding this.

Thats the reason i said that it is safer not to withdraw all your money until the decision of your case.
