Hi Friends,

Recently I finished my MASTERS from Centre for Alternative college (CAT) wales and i got my degree from the University of East London (FEB'10).The college is currently in the process of getting UKBA license which will take time and my student visa is expiring soon.Can i apply PSW letter saying that college is in process of getting UKBA license.Please help me.

That will get you a refusal.. One option ( and maybe your only option ) would be to go back to your home country before your visa expires and do an out of country application when your college gets it's Tier-4 license..

if your college is not on UKBA list on the date of your application, then you will get refusal! simple as that

Thanks everyone for advise.

There is no mistake from my side.I have rightfully done the course and got my masters.Due to college mistake, why should I suffer.Can I drag the college to court ??? Saying that there negligence lead to this problem.As a genuine student ,I'm caught between UKBA and college.

You will just be wasting your time and money by taking this to court.. U should have joined a reputed university to do your course instead of going for the cheapest possible option.. Go home and apply if your college gets it's Tier - 4 license..

College is Europe's leading research center and its not cheap,It is equivalent to University Course. Only reason i took,it was specialized course.

as per my understanding, if it was one of Europe's leading research centers it wouldn't be without a Tier - 4 license right now... As of now, I am sorry and let's leave it at that.. You would have to go to your home country to apply and I have nothing more to say to that.. If somebody else on the forum has anything to add, then please do so..
